We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist in overseeing our newly developed community .
This position will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in overseeing property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; and complying with all reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Two (2) plus years of prior property management experience.
• LIHTC/Affordable housing knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with YARDI or similar property management software.
• Effective team building and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
