Bridge at Loyola

Bridge at Loyola is The NRP Group’s second development in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin. The development is new construction of 204 multifamily homes in one four-story, elevator-served, corridor-style building and three garden style buildings. Bridge at Loyola is an income-averaged affordable development that has units for residents at or below 30-60% of the area median income. The apartment community is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Austin, making its proximity to jobs and public transit incredibly convenient for residents. It is The NRP Group’s first affordable development in Austin to feature structured parking. A special feature of Bridge at Loyola is the pedestrian bridge that crosses a nature reserve in addition to the modern finishes in each apartment home and community amenities including a sparkling swimming pool with sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, and an amazing outdoor playground.
