The Scott at Medio Creek

The Scott at Medio Creek is a 324-unit community reserved for working families and individuals earning at or below 30-70% of the area median income. The Scott is located next to Medio Creek Elementary School. This vibrant community helps to provide much needed affordable housing in this rapidly developing corridor, offering state of the art amenities and wraparound resident services, while the close proximity to health, education, retail and recreation facilities make it an ideal place to call home. In addition to meeting goals for creating affordable housing, The Scott at Medio Creek provides more than $50 million investment in the Southside community. The NRP Group partnered with Opportunity Home San Antonio to develop The Scott at Medio Creek, which is the fifth apartment community in the City of San Antonio’s District 4. The development has a business center, community center, clubhouse, fitness center, and pool, and resident services include financial literacy training, health and wellness screenings, first time home buyer programs, a food pantry, and after school and summer camp programming. A unique feature of The Scott at Medio Creek is the community garden, where residents and the students from Medio Creek Elementary School learn and grow.
