Alena Savera joined The NRP Group in 2020 as a Development Associate and now serves as Vice President of Development.

She is responsible for originating and overseeing market rate and PFC deals in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets and leads projects through the entitlement and zoning processes. Savera helps build and foster relationships with local elected officials, landowners, brokers and consultants.

In her role, Savera has originated seven market rate and PFC projects, consisting of over 2,350 units, across the DFW market. Prior to joining The NRP Group, she was an Architectural Designer at Perkins & Will, contributing to high-profile projects throughout the state of Texas, and a Project Manager of Planning at Streetlights Residential, assisting in the planning of over 100 multifamily projects.

Savera graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture. She has served as the chair of the Forum Committee for The Real Estate Council as well as the Women’s Leadership Board for the Urban Land Institute. Savera speaks at many events about multifamily housing, including BisNow, Built National, Association of Professional Women in Construction, Ladies in CRE, and the ULI national conference. She was the 2024 recipient of the prestigious Alan F. Scott Award, given to one exemplary employee at NRP each year.
