Alena Savera joined The NRP Group in 2020 as a Development Associate and now serves as Vice President of Development.

She is responsible for originating and overseeing market rate and PFC deals in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets and leads projects through the entitlement and zoning processes. Savera helps build and foster relationships with local elected officials, landowners, brokers and consultants.

In her role, Savera helped originate the first approved PFC development in Dallas. Prior to joining The NRP Group, she was an Architectural Designer at Perkins & Will, contributing to high-profile projects throughout the state of Texas, and a Project Manager of Planning at Streetlights Residential, assisting in the planning of over 100 multifamily projects.

Savera graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture. She is a member of The Real Estate Council and has served as the chair of the Forum Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the organization’s Women’s Leadership board.
