Yes. Forming partnerships is second nature at NRP. We welcome value-added partnerships that help us produce the highest quality market rate and affordable developments in the best locations for our residents. We have found it to be very helpful for developers to have unique local knowledge, relationships, and vision, particularly in new sub-markets.
NRP is a vertically integrated multifamily developer. We develop, build, own, and manage market rate and affordable apartment communities across the country. While NRP has a strong focus on residential development and does not target mixed use opportunities, we have included mixed use components in select developments and will continue to work on opportunities with the potential to have the greatest impact on the communities we serve.
