Amanda Baldwin is the Regional Vice President for NRP’s affordable portfolio in Texas.

Her responsibilities include the operations of the communities, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of NRP Affordable Property Management. She is passionate about developing strong leaders as the key to successful business outcomes and finds opportunities to train and develop NRP’s A+ Players.

Amanda has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She joined NRP in 2009 as a Community Assistant Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2018. In 2020, she was recognized as NRP’s Regional Property Manager of the Year. In 2022, Amanda was promoted once again to Senior Regional Property Manager, and successfully converted three assets to permanent financing, oversaw five lease-ups in challenging markets, and assisted in the disposition of seven assets throughout the Houston Market.

Amanda earned her Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential in 2018. When she is not working, she enjoys trying new recipes and creating her own.
