Amanda Wolf joined The NRP Group in 2025 and serves as Director of Business Development.

In this role, she leads the firm’s efforts to expand and strengthen capital relationships across NRP’s market rate platform for luxury and moderate-income product types. Ms. Wolf focuses on driving strategic growth through the cultivation of new investment partnerships and the deepening of existing capital relationships that support NRP’s platforms.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets, Amanda brings a track record of success in structuring complex transactions, navigating shifting market conditions, and delivering creative capitalization strategies having closed over $2.7 billion in transactions since 2013.

Before joining NRP, Amanda served as Director of Capital Markets at Ackman-Ziff, where she successfully executed transactions across multifamily, retail, and industrial asset classes. Prior to that, she was Director of Capital Markets at Lev leading the execution team at a real estate technology startup leveraging AI to modernize capital placement. Earlier in her career, Amanda spent nearly a decade with Avison Young executing debt and equity transactions across all major asset classes on nationwide footprint. She began her career at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) working with major financial institutions and landlords on lease transactions in New York City exceeding $1 billion.

Amanda holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College. Outside of professional pursuits, she is an active member of several professional and philanthropic organizations, and she is also passionate about family, travel, and wellness.
