Ben Audrain joined The NRP Group in 2021 as Director of Vertical Design and now serves as a Project Operations Executive.

In this role, he is accountable for the operational management, quality, productivity, and profitability of a regional portfolio of multifamily housing projects. Leading cross-functional teams, the role ensures seamless integration of project elements—from due diligence to construction completion—while maximizing shareholder value, fostering local relationships, and driving operational excellence aligned with NRP’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining NRP, Audrain was a Project Architect at WDG for 10 years, an Urban Designer for MV+A Architects, and a Staff Architect at Cooper Carry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas and his Master of Urban Design from Oxford-Brookes University. HE is a licensed architect in the state of Maryland and involved with the Urban Land Institute’s ULI Next Generation. Outside of work, Audrain enjoys hiking, cooking, sports, and time with his family.
