Brad Carroll is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TriPost Capital Partners and is primarily responsible for investment strategy, target company identification, transaction execution, and investment oversight.

In addition to his core responsibilities, Carroll has a talent for identifying sectors and portfolio partner company prospects that meet TriPost’s rigorous criteria for alignment and success. Throughout his real estate career, which began in 2000, he has handled his firms’ various investment activities in a breadth of locations in the United States and abroad. He currently sits on the boards of several TriPost portfolio companies.

Prior to founding TriPost, Carroll served as Managing Director at Madison International Realty, where his primary responsibility was creating and implementing Madison’s investment strategy for the United States market. While at Madison, he was a member of the firm’s global investment and management committees. Carroll was previously a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. Throughout his nine-year tenure he led numerous investment-related responsibilities. This included the acquisitions function in the New York, Southern California, and Midwest regions, and portfolio management for Brazilian and Chinese emerging market real estate funds. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Carroll worked as an associate and analyst at a global investment bank and development advisory firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
