Brittney Evans is a Regional Vice President with over a decade of progressive experience in property management at NRP.

Since joining the company in 2014, Brittney has built a career defined by operational excellence, team leadership, and a deep understanding of market‑rate multifamily communities.

In her current role, Brittney leads the East Region market‑rate portfolio, overseeing four Regional Property Managers and supporting 22 communities totaling 6,293 units. She is responsible for driving performance across her portfolio while developing high‑performing teams and ensuring consistent operational standards throughout the region.

Brittney’s career path at NRP reflects her hands‑on leadership style and comprehensive knowledge of onsite and regional operations. She has held roles including Senior Regional Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, District Manager, Community Manager, Community Assistant, and National Leasing Specialist. This broad experience gives her a practical, people‑first perspective that informs her approach to leadership and mentorship.

Prior to joining NRP, Brittney served as a Community Manager with The Bradley Company, where she completed a successful lease‑up before relocating to Cleveland. She earned her degree in Psychology and Sociology from Western Michigan University, an educational background that supports her strengths in team development, resident experience, and organizational leadership.

Outside of work, Brittney is a dedicated mom of two and is actively involved in her children’s activities, including karate and swimming. Her commitment to family, teamwork, and growth carries through in both her personal and professional life.
