Bryan Barry joined The NRP Group in 2018 and serves as Vice President of Horizontal Design and Entitlement Management.

In this role, he leads horizontal design and entitlements for the West, Midwest and Northeast regions, encompassing 10 states. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of design and entitlement processes for each deal.

Barry is a civil engineer with over 20 years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining NRP, he excelled in his role as a design and entitlement specialist for single tenant net lease deals in the western United States. During this time, he successfully managed the design and entitlement processes for over 20 projects, showcasing his ability to handle complex real estate transactions.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
