Crystal Moya is the Regional Vice President for NRP’s affordable portfolio in Texas that involves over 12,200 units throughout the state.

Her responsibilities include the operations and financial results of the Texas affordable assets, reporting to the Executive Vice President of NRP Property Management. She leads a growing team throughout the various phases of development, construction, lease-up and management works cohesively across internal departments.

Moya joined NRP in 2021 and has served as impactful leader for both NRP and the greater property management industry. She holds several designations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM). She is the Region 6 Delegate for the National Apartment Association and was selected as one of 34 people to complete the NAA’s Leadership Lyceum. She is heavily involved in the Texas Apartment Association, holding several leadership positions including Vice President at Large for Executive Committee. Moya has served as the Director of the Board for the San Antonio Apartment Association and is an Institute for Real Estate Managers (IREM) member.

Moya brings over 18 years of experience in property management. Prior to joining NRP, she was an Assistant Vice President at Vesta Corporation. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
