Dan Loss joined The NRP Group in 2022 as a Horizontal Design and Entitlements Manager and now serves in the role of Project Operations Executive.

In this role, he is accountable for the operational management, quality, productivity, and profitability of a regional portfolio of multifamily housing projects. Leading cross-functional teams, the role ensures seamless integration of project elements—from due diligence to construction completion—while maximizing shareholder value, fostering local relationships, and driving operational excellence aligned with NRP’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining NRP, Loss worked as a project manager for Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. and Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates; he also was a civil engineer for Rick Engineering Company, Millhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc., and a field engineer for Turner Construction.

Loss earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and California and Committee Chair of ULI NEXT in Austin, TX. Outside of work, Loss enjoys being a father of four, playing and watching sports with his kids, and hobbies like mountain biking, hiking, and enjoying live music.
