Daniel A. Dumala joined The NRP Group in 2022 and now serves as Vice President of Development in Florida.

In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and entitling new development sites, coordination of design team members, working with and securing project debt and equity financing, securing government approvals, and coordinating with housing partners and local communities.

Before joining The NRP Group, Dumala was Vice President of Portfolio Management at the Seminole Tribe of Florida Sovereign Wealth Fund, Director of Acquisitions at Society Hill Capital Partners, Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management at Fifteen Group Capital, and Acquisition and Asset Manager for WRH Realty Services. He holds a Real Estate Broker license in the state of Florida.

Dumala earned his BSBA from the University of West Florida and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. He is involved with the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
