Jeanine Fox is the Regional Vice President for NRP’s affordable portfolio in the East.

In this role, she oversees the operations of communities in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, and Washington, D.C.

Jeanine has over 20 years of experience in the Affordable Housing Industry, with a strong focus on lease-ups throughout her career. She is dedicated to building strong relationships and carrying NRP’s culture throughout the organization to empower leaders and have a positive impact on both the East Region and NRP as a whole.

Jeanine joined NRP in 2017 as a Regional Property Manager. In 2020 she was promoted to Senior Regional Manager, where she led operations, lease-ups, and dispositions across seven markets in NRP’s East Region. Prior to joining NRP, Jeanine was a District Manager for Vesta Corporation, where she oversaw a portfolio of HUD, LIHTC, S PRAC, PRAC, and HOME properties in Ohio.

Jeanine earned a degree in Real Estate from Hondros College in Akron, Ohio. She holds certifications as a Housing Credit Certified Professional and Certified Occupancy Specialist from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Outside of work, Jeanine enjoys hiking and kayaking with her partner, Steven, and daughter, Meg.
