Jennifer Trumpy joined The NRP Group in 2010 as a Regional Property Manager and now serves as Vice President of Operations and Compliance.

In her role, Trumpy manages four teams in the property management division, including Learning and Development, Fair Housing and Risk Management, Property Management Operations and Compliance. She is responsible for all operations of property management, including policies and procedures, new initiatives, Fair Housing, training, risk management and compliance for all affordable properties.

Trumpy has over two decades of experience in property management. In her first NRP role as Regional Property Manager for Ohio and Indiana, she completed 22 lease ups before being promoted to Regional Vice President for NRP’s affordable portfolio. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Trumpy has earned several designations including Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).

Prior to joining NRP, Jen was a Regional Property Manager at Flaherty & Collins. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Business Economics.
