John Boles joined The NRP Group in 2016 and is currently a Vice President of Construction.

He is responsible for overseeing the entire construction project management process from preconstruction to final closeout for projects in the Austin and San Antonio markets. Throughout his career at NRP, John has served in various roles, including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Executive, where he managed market rate, tax credit, and HUD developments. Prior to his time at NRP, John worked with teams at Galaxy Builders and Monticello Homes. Over the years, he has played a key role in the construction of more than 9,000 apartment units across Texas. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
