Joshua Rivers joined The NRP Group in 2017 and is now a Vice President of Construction in the Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, metropolitan areas.

In this role, he is responsible for managing projects during the preconstruction and construction phases, with duties including budgeting, scheduling, plan review, quality control, forecasting, and subcontractor agreements. Previous roles at NRP include Project Executive and Project Manager, to which he brought 14 years of experience at Camden Property Trust where he worked as a Project Superintendent.

Rivers earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.
