Kevin Glenn joined The NRP Group in 2025 as Vice President of Construction Business Development for the Florida market.

In this role, he is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, enhancing current relationships, increasing our third-party footprint, and assisting our preconstruction department.

Kevin is a seasoned Strategist/Business Development professional to the construction industry in the Greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions. Prior to joining The NRP Group, Kevin held senior level positions with several well recognized construction firms. Over the years, Kevin has established a strong network of quality business relationships with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors in the construction industry.

As a Florida native, Kevin Glenn has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years. Kevin is proud of the Tampa Bay community that he lives and works within and stays very active with many business and community related organizations.
