Kurt Kehoe joined The NRP Group in 2010 as Vice President of Development, responsible for the origination, development, entitlement and financing of luxury market rate rental communities throughout Florida.
He is currently managing development of more than 1,500 luxury apartments across the state. He has over 22 years of experience in the development and financing of both market rate and affordable rental housing, having developed over 10,000 units in 12 states with a combined development cost of approximately $980 million. His expertise includes urban infill communities, luxury market rate rental properties and affordable housing using federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOPE VI funds, tax exempt bonds and other forms of subsidy.
Kehoe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida with an emphasis on civil design and environmental process management. He is now engaged in multiple land development and housing coalitions.
