Kyle Kattner joined The NRP Group in 2021 as a Senior Horizontal Design and Entitlements Manager and currently services as Project Operations Executive for North Texas.

In this role, he is accountable for the operation management, quality, productivity, and success of NRP’s projects in the region. He facilitates the development of NRP’s projects by leading cross functional teams composed of members from various departments to successfully execute the delivery of NRP’s multifamily development projects across all stages of the development process from site selection, due diligence, design, construction and up to final delivery.

Kattner is skilled at leveraging experience of the markets and working with both public and private partners including state and local governments to facilitate the success of NRP’s projects. Since joining NRP in 2021, he has led NRP entitlement efforts on more than 15 deals totaling over $1 billion in development value. Kattner was part of a small team of NRP team members who spearheaded the expansion of NRP’s footprint into the western markets, specifically into Las Vegas. Since the expansion west began in 2023, Kattner has been a key part of the success of 4 projects in the Las Vegas market.

Prior to his current role, Kattner served as Senior Horizontal Design and Entitlements Manager for NRP’s development projects in Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. He was responsible for overseeing the horizontal design process, including zoning, entitlements, site planning, civil engineering, and permitting. Before joining NRP, he was a Senior Associate with Nelson Forensics and a Senior Project Manager with Peloton Land Solutions, Inc.

Kattner earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is certified as a Texas Professional Engineer (PE). Outside of work, Kattner partakes in outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, hiking, and some mild camping.He also enjoys the art of Texas Bar-B-Que, by experiencing both local destinations as well as practicing his own craft.
