Mike Mulloy is the Vice President of Facilities Management for The NRP Group.

He leads facilities operations for a national multifamily portfolio of 150+ properties, comprising 26,000+ units.

Mulloy joined The NRP Group in 2014 as one of two Regional Maintenance Managers. He was promoted to Vice President of Facilities in 2016 with the autonomy to create and structure the Facilities department to support the growth of NRP’s portfolio.

Under Mulloy’s leadership the Facilities department ensures NRP’s properties are running at optimal physical performance at all times. He develops CAPEX planning, oversees complex project scopes, manages major insurance claims and leads pre-disposition due diligence. He and his team create policy for sound operational performance, and provide support, training and mentorship to over 200+ onsite maintenance associates.

In 2021, Mulloy created NRP’s Quality Assurance team. Today, he oversees this transitional team charged with inspecting NRP’s newly delivered ground up construction projects prior to occupancy.

During Mulloy’s tenure with NRP, the company has built, managed and sold nearly 50 projects, in addition to the properties they own and manage today. His wide and varied breadth of experience in different geographic markets, building design and performance has helped him become a valued contributor across the company on product design and specifications, underwriting OpEx, and local jurisdictions.

Mulloy resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife, and three children. He serves his community sitting on the South Russell Board of Zoning Appeals, and volunteering as a youth football, wrestling and baseball coach.
