Mike Zelenkofske joined NRP in 2015 and now serves as Executive Vice President of Development.

In this role, he is responsible for NRP’s market rate development activity in Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Prior to his current position, Mike held several key roles at NRP, including Director of Development Project Management and Senior Development Project Manager. In these roles, he effectively led project management activities for affordable projects, managed teams, closed financing and strategically positioned projects for LIHTC applications.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University.
