Nathan Polidori joined The NRP Group in 2020 and now serves as Vice President of Capital Markets.

In this role, Polidori is responsible for raising third-party debt and equity for NRP’s multifamily affordable housing developments. He oversees the firm’s affordable housing capital relationships, guiding projects through underwriting, feasibility analysis, and financial closing. Polidori works closely with internal teams and external partners to secure financing for the successful development of community-focused LIHTC properties.

Since joining NRP, Polidori has been instrumental in shaping the financial strategy for numerous affordable housing projects, contributing to over $2.5 billion in capital raised and closed. He has fostered strong relationships with equity investors and lenders, ensuring seamless execution of financing strategies and compliance with affordability standards.

Polidori holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Baldwin Wallace University. Outside of work, Nathan is active in Church leadership and community service. He is deeply committed to his family and enjoys a variety of activities including sports and music.
