Noah Soven joined The NRP Group in 2025 as Vice President of Construction Business Development for the Carolinas region.

In this role, he is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, enhancing current relationships, increasing our third-party footprint, and assisting our preconstruction department.

With a decade of operational experience, Noah’s passion for execution and client relationships is quintessential to NRP’s third-party efforts throughout the Carolinas. As a former Project Manager leading teams, Noah’s experience spans retail, multi-family, and industrial use projects. His expertise on constructability benefits owners, allowing him to aid them at the beginning of the conceptual stages and also throughout preconstruction, value engineering, construction and closeout. Prior to joining NRP, he worked for Fore Property Development and Williams Company Southeast based out of Central Florida.

Noah is involved with several regional committees including Urban land institute, Associate General Contractors of America, NAIOP’s Developing Leaders board and the Young Leadership Executive Program with Jewish Federations of North America. He studied business management at University of Central Florida and resides in Tampa, FL, where he spends his time training for ironman triathlons and spending his time outdoors doing anything involved with watersports.
