Owen Langston joined The NRP Group in 2021 as a Development Associate and now serves as Vice President of Development in the North and South Carolina markets.

In this role, Langston is responsible for originating multifamily development deals and managing each stage of the development process. He is leading NRP’s work in bringing a tax exempt, attainable/workforce housing model to North Carolina.

Prior to joining NRP, Langston was a Land Broker at Kuester Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage, where he was responsible for sourcing land and development deals across various commercial product sectors including industrial, retail, office, independent living facilities, townhomes, single family, hotels, and large mixed-use projects. He also has experience as a mass appraiser for Mecklenburg County, NC.

Langston is a native Carolinian who graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual bachelor’s degrees in business management and supply chain management from Appalachian State University’s School of Business. While in college, he earned his real estate brokerage licenses in both North and South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys running and playing sports.
