Patrick Carino joined The NRP Group in 2024 as a Vice President of Development.

In this role he is responsible for sourcing and executing market-rate developments in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining NRP, Patrick handled Acquisitions and Development at a regional multifamily and hospitality firm leading the effort to expand geographically. Patrick started his career as a member of CBRE’s New York Institutional Group, where he was involved in the marketing and closing of over $1 billion in investment transactions focused in the Metropolitan New York Tri-State region and second tier cities, primarily in the Eastern United States.

Patrick graduated from the University of Connecticut, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics and a minor in Environmental Economics and Policy. He is on the advisory boards of the Northern New Jersey and Fairfield/Westchester Urban Land Institute chapters, a licensed real estate broker in the State of Connecticut and a former certified LEED Green Associate.
