Raelyn Irwin joined The NRP Group in 2014 and now serves at Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Controller.

In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the corporate accounting group including cash management, accounts payable, internal controls, and corporate financial reporting. She drives process improvements to support the company’s strategic goals and leads a team dedicated to ensuring accurate financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and optimizing accounting operations to support the company’s growth. Prior to her current role, Raelyn has served as Controller, Director of Development Accounting and Finance, Manager of Tax Credit Accounting and Financial Analysis, and a Financial Analyst at NRP.

Raelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Akron. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights school system and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two rescue dogs.
