Suzette Silk joined The NRP Group in 2021 and serves as Senior Director of Learning & Talent Management.

As a seasoned Human Resources, Learning, and Development leader with over 20 years of experience, Silk specializes in guiding agile teams to deliver world-class learning and development solutions. Her mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Silk also serves on NRP's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership Council.

Prior to joining NRP, Silk was a Vice President and Senior Learning Consultant with KeyBank. Since 2004, Silk has taught college courses on Human Resource, Leadership, and Business Communications.

Silk earned her BS in Marketing from Miami University and her MBA from Cleveland State University.
