To achieve that vision, Miller has more than doubled the size of the HR team adding critical functions including Technology, Analytics, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee relations, Compensation and Program Management. She has established a reputation as a high-energy, driven and pragmatic leader who understands that employees thrive in a work environment where they have the opportunity to perform meaningful work, understand how their work contributes to the success of NRP and are having fun.
Miller has over 20 years of expertise in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and talent/leadership development. She is a results-oriented and strategic leader who is experienced in organizational effectiveness, leading high performing teams and building programs to enhance all aspects of the employee life cycle.
