Wycliffe Odhiambo is Vice President, Development Accounting & Finance at NRP, a role he assumed in 2026 after joining the firm in 2022.

In this capacity, he monitors the financial performance of NRP’s market-rate and affordable developments from financial close through stabilization, tracking and reporting results against underwritten budgets while partnering closely with internal teams, lenders, and equity partners to ensure timely capital funding, achievement of operational milestones, and compliance with financial covenants. He also leads the conversion of construction financing to permanent loans for affordable projects, models investor distributions for capital events on market-rate properties, and manages treasury and banking functions across the portfolio.

Previously at NRP, Wycliffe served as Director of Development Accounting and Finance, Director of Portfolio Accounting and Financial Analysis, and Director of Management Accounting. Prior to joining NRP, he spent seven and a half years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, progressing from Assurance Associate to Manager, where he audited public and private companies and later focused on engagements supporting mergers, acquisitions, and spinoff transactions.

Wycliffe earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from John Carroll University and holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations. Outside of work, he serves on the board of The Three Corner Round Pack Outfit Inc., a nonprofit that leads annual hiking expeditions for high school students in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and volunteers as a soccer coach at Lake Erie College.
