Located in the Benning Heights neighborhood in Northeast Washington, D.C. residents have convenient access to grocery, retail, schools, public transportation, and local parks. The community features amenities including a courtyard, fitness center, interior and exterior bike parking, business center, and playground. The NRP Group developed The Waymark in partnership with the Marshall Heights Community Development Organization.
