IT Software Developer

The NRP Group, LLC is currently seeking a IT Developer in the Cleveland Office.

The IT Software Developer role is to create and maintain in-house software, develop critical products for our clients, and offer excellent technical support. This also includes bringing new ideas/technologies to improve existing processes and solve issues.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems and programs.

Create and maintain interfaces to and from external systems.

Delivers high quality solutions and documentation from delivered specifications, conforming to security and compliance requirements.

Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code.

Maintains and administers various core applications.

Participate in data management and auditing, querying data for analysis, and identify anomalies.

Provide input for the establishment of system policies and procedures, standards and schedules

Works closely with business analysts to ensure business requirements.

Demonstrates the ability to deliver technical features, innovation and business benefits based on technical knowledge relevant to the business need.

Ability to use one or more development languages: SQL, C#, VB, HTML, CSS, React

Ability to understand and use the model-view-controller methodology for web applications

Maintain/store all code in GIT using Azure DevOps.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer- related are of study or equivalent experience

Experience: 2-4+ years of relevant experience
