NRP Group Announces Move to Accommodate Growth and Expansion

Cleveland, OH—April 30, 2017 – The NRP Group is pleased to announce their decision to relocate their Garfield Heights Headquartered office to downtown Cleveland. The move to new larger offices expected to happen at the end of 2017, is triggered by the company’s rapid growth and expectations for further expansion. With the guidance of Project Management Consultants, NRP has partnered with Jobs Ohio and The City of Cleveland for this initiative and all plans are contingent on all state and local public incentive approvals.

With the help of Adam Gimbel, Real Estate Broker, AllegroR ealty Advisors, NRP has selected the Halle Building as an ideal location in downtown Cleveland. The new office space is approximately 43,000 square feet, and occupies the entire fourth floor oft he Halle Building and will comfortably accommodate 200 employees. The new office will be state-of-the-art in design with high-end technological capabilities while still preserving historical elements from the days that the building housed one of thepre-eminent department stores in the area. The space will be designed to allow NRP to function and interact in a vibrant, modern work-live-play environment fitting for one of the leading multi-family development firms in the country.

“This move represents an exciting development for The NRP Group,” said J. David Heller, Principal and CEO. “Our growth has been significant and we were drawn to the Halle building because of its central location enabling our employees to fully experience the city of Cleveland and what it offers.”

“Along with our partners at Team NEO, we are delighted that The NRP Group chose to grow in Northeast Ohio,” said Jobs Ohio Managing Director for Select HQ Operations, Valentina Isakina. “NRP Group’s Cleveland headquarters will bring at least 38 new jobs to the region and help revitalize an historic building downtown.”

NRP’s focus has been on hiring key people to build a team that will continue to position the company for further growth. The new location also allows options for NRP to increase their space beyond the 4th floor.
