In partnership with New York State Homes and Community Renewal, NRP has broken ground on Hudson on Nine, a fully affordable community for residents earning between 30 and 60% of the Area Median Income. Twelve of the 72 units are reserved for qualified veterans experiencing homelessness through a partnership with Soldier On. Additionally, Selkirk will primarily be an all-electric community.
