The NRP Group could not be more proud to be chosen as the lead developer in Sol on Park, a 195-apartment home, wellness-centered, sustainable mixed-use development for low-income seniors in the Bronx. The NRP Group will be joined by Selfhelp Realty Group, and Foxy Management to develop this 15-story building on an underused Morris Houses site in Morrisania Bronx.
