--The NRP Group is expanding its property management services to third-party owners and developers, the company announced this week. The national developer, builder, and property management firm currently manages over 17,000 residential units and already manages more than 1,000 new units through its third-party service, NRP Management. NRP Management is focused on markets in Texas as well as Ohio, Pittsburgh, North Carolina, Florida, and other developed NRP markets.
