The NRP Group earned national recognition today by making the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2020 NMHC 50, the annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators.

The NRP Group is the #7 apartment developer, and #6 apartment builder in the country, with 4,106 units developed, and 5,240 construction starts in 2019.

NRP made the “25 Largest Builders” list at #6 for the second year a row. In 2020, NRP started 5,240 units compared to 4,005 in 2019.

Last year, NRP climbed two spots on the “50 Largest Developers” list, moving up to #7 from #9 in 2019.

In addition to these recognitions, NMHC also named NRP a “Top Apartment Owner” for 2020.
