Bill Trump joined The NRP Group in 2019 as Director of Operations and now serves as Vice President of Construction.

His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the construction field operations process, from preconstruction through closeout. Trump is experienced in scheduling, manpower, material acquisition, conflict resolution and problem solving. He is also skilled in preconstruction activities such as drawing review, logistics planning and serving as a liaison with local government officials, owners and adjacent property owners.

Prior to NRP, Trump worked at Stark Enterprises as VP of Construction Operations where he managed The Beacon, a 21-story multifamily housing addition to an existing parking garage. He also managed Crocker Park Phase III, consisting of 318 market rate apartments over a retail podium, four parking garages, a hotel and standalone retail building. He has completed over 2,000 beds of student housing, 5,000 units of low income and market rate multifamily housing and more than 2,000 acres of civil site development. Trump is proficient in wood frame, structural steel, post tension concrete and precast concrete.
