Jon Finney joined The NRP Group in 2015 and is now a Vice President of Construction responsible for managing projects across the Southeast during the preconstruction and construction phases, with duties included budgeting, scheduling, plan review, quality control, forecasting, and subcontractor agreements.

Previous positions at NRP include Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.

Prior to joining NRP, Finney began his construction career at Lennar working in the single-family market and moved into multi-family with Alliance Residential as a Project Manager. With more than 15 years in the industry, Finney has delivered over 2500 single family homes and 5000 multi-family units. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management along with minors in Spanish and Outdoor Leadership from NC State University.
