Mike Kolschetzky joined The NRP Group in 2018 as Director of Preconstruction and now serves as a Vice President of Preconstruction.

He is responsible for managing the regional preconstruction teams while leading coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of development, creating and implementing estimating processes and procedures, as well as directing the estimating functions. He currently oversees projects along the East coast including New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

Kolschetzky has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. Kolschetzky has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has completed a diverse range of preconstruction services for multifamily, commercial, retail, hospitality and athletic facilities. Since joining NRP, Mike has coordinated and managed the preconstruction process for over 15,000 units. Prior to NRP, he worked at Marous Brothers Construction for 10 years. He holds of Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The Ohio State University.
