The NRP Group entered the exciting Washington, D.C. metropolitan multifamily housing market in 2017. Since our debut, we have pursued developments non-stop throughout Maryland and Virginia, and have accounted for 17 developments encompassing 4,614 units at an investment of over a billion dollars. In 2024, we began construction on our first affordable housing development in the city of Washington, D.C. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have enabled us to provide exceptional rental housing in the broader DC metro area for individuals and families, regardless of income.
