The NRP Group entered the exciting Washington, D.C. metropolitan multifamily housing market in 2017. Since our debut, we have pursued developments non-stop throughout Maryland and Virginia, and have accounted for 14 developments encompassing 3,783 units at an investment of over a billion dollars. We are aggressively expanding our focus to include affordable housing in the D.C. Metro area due to high job growth and the intense need for low & moderate-income housing.
