Bryan Scott joined The NRP Group in 1995 and now serves as a Vice President for NRP Construction where he oversees project management for developments in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Maryland and New York.

His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the construction process, from preconstruction through closeout. He also provides oversight on estimating, budgeting, construction planning and value engineering.

Scott began his 25+ year construction career as a high school student. After joining NRP as a laborer, he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent where he helped complete more than 1,000 single family homes. He left NRP to pursue his education and worked at Donley’s as a Project Engineer after completing his degree. In 2011, he returned to NRP as a Project Manager where he managed the completion of more than 5,000 apartment homes. Scott earned an associate degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University.
