2900 Broadmoor is a multifamily community composed of 324 apartment units for residents earning 50% and 60% of the area median income, as well as market rate units. The community features amenities including controlled gate access, BBQ grill and picnic tables, a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, furnished community room, children’s playscape, and a dog park. The apartment homes feature modern cabinetry, granite countertops, plank flooring, fully-equipped kitchens, oversized walk-in closets, and a covered balcony or patio. The NRP Group partnered with the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation to develop 2900 Broadmoor.
