Elevate at Kitty Hawk is a 212-unit community reserved for working families and individuals earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income, offering much needed affordable housing in a rapidly developing suburb of San Antonio. The community offers state of the art amenities and wraparound resident services, while the close proximity to health, education, retail, and recreation facilities make it an ideal place to call home. Elevate at Kitty Hawk was developed in partnership with the San Antonio Housing Authority.
