The Terrace at Walnut Creek is The NRP Group’s first affordable development in Austin and our first partnership with the Travis County Housing Facility Corporation. This 324-unit affordable community for residents earning at or below 40-60% of the area median income is located on the east side of Austin in a growing neighborhood right off of highway 290, which runs east-west through the city.
