The NRP Group was founded in Cleveland in 1994 with folding tables and a dream to bring safe, high-quality apartment homes to individuals and families, regardless of income. The Cleveland office remains our operational headquarters and has grown to over 200 employees, including our Executive Team and corporate support functions. Out of our Cleveland office alone, we have developed 60 affordable and market rate communities encompassing 5,300 apartment homes at an investment of over half a billion dollars. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have enabled us to provide exceptional rental housing in Ohio for individuals and families, regardless of income.
