NRP started development activity in Dallas in 2011 as an extension of our San Antonio operations, and we formally opened our Dallas office in 2017. Since 2011, in conjunction with our forward looking public and private partners, we have developed 26 affordable, mixed-income, and market rate communities, encompassing nearly 6,000 apartment homes, representing nearly $850 million of investment. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have enabled us to provide exceptional rental housing in Dallas for individuals and families, regardless of income.
