NRP started development activity in Houston in 2011 as an extension of our San Antonio operations, and we formally opened our Houston office in 2017. Since 2011, in conjunction with our forward looking public and private partners, we have developed 17 affordable, market rate and mixed-income communities, encompassing over 3,500 apartment homes, and representing nearly $500 million of investment. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have enabled us to provide exceptional rental housing in Houston for individuals and families, regardless of income.
