NRP started development activity in Austin in 2011 as an extension of our San Antonio operations, and we formally opened our Austin office in 2017. Since 2011, in conjunction with our forward looking public and private partners, we have developed 24 affordable, mixed-income, and market rate communities, encompassing over 7,000 apartment homes, and representing over $1.3 billion of investment in the communities we serve. We could not be prouder of the collaborations that have enabled us to provide exceptional rental housing in Austin for individuals and families, regardless of income.
